400;\">The project <em>Winning strategies to serve francophones<\/em> is aimed at organizations working in the health, social and community services sectors in the Ontario East Region.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project is led by a small team of specialists in French-language services and partnership building with Ontario Health Teams (OHT).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>We warmly thank the Kids Come First team, who originally led the project, the Archipel OHT, which sponsored it, and all the partners who contributed to it and brought it to
