The project Winning strategies to serve francophones is aimed at organizations working in the health, social and community services sectors in the Ontario East Region.
The project is led by a small team of specialists in French-language services and partnership building with Ontario Health Teams (OHT).
We warmly thank the Kids Come First team, who originally led the project, the Archipel OHT, which sponsored it, and all the partners who contributed to it and brought it to life from the very beginning.
